Great plant, poor customer service

We love the fern. It was very healthy and green. The problem was it took almost a month to arrive. I emailed and used the chat, but responses were slow or none at all. I was promised a free plant and ASAP shipping due to the delay, but I didn’t receive a free plant nor was the plant shipped out right away. I hate to criticize a small business, but I sent so many unanswered messages and there are limited options to contact the company. The plant was a birthday gift and it arrived way too late.

Happy with my purchase of Staghorn

Very pleased with my new Staghorn ! A nicely filled out plant, arrived in great condition,
Slate mounting board looks good,however it could perhaps be a bit larger for the size expected of this specimen.
Will definitely order from here again,
